Job summary

Early Start Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join an allied health team delivering evidence-based services to children and their families. You will assess, plan, implement and review tailored therapy programs across clinic, home, school and community settings, with opportunities for group programs and parent workshops.

APHP Registration with AHPRA and SPA, NDIS screenings, WWC and Police Check are required, along with a current driver’s license and First Aid

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with AHPRA and SPA.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Current Drivers’ Licence and vehicle.
• Current Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Registration (state specific).
• National Police Check.
• Accredited First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings as required.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure practice remains aligned with current best practice and contribute to continuous service improvement.
