Criterion Industries Pty is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Brisbane to build and manage relationships with architects and designers, driving product specification across commercial and residential projects.

You will leverage experience in construction/manufacturing, participate in training programs, and travel around Brisbane to grow Criterion's market presence while delivering insightful product guidance and industry insights.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking to address client issues promptly.

• Stakeholder management to add value and upsell to clients.

Responsabilités

• Engage in regular communication with clients, working to build strong client relationships.
• Proactively build strong relationships with architects and designers to keep Criterion top of mind and specified at every opportunity.
• Stay on top of new industry trends, products and services to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Provide expert guidance on Criterion products and keep designers updated on product updates and releases.
• Attend industry events to network and promote the Criterion brand.
• Engage with key stakeholders like acoustic engineers and builders to reinforce Criterion's presence in projects.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Prepare reports on opportunities identified, validated and secured.
