Job summary

Normet is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator (Spare Parts) to join the team in a hybrid role with a 4-day work week. You will handle enquiries, quotes, and sales orders for spare parts, coordinating with warehouse and procurement to ensure on-time supply.

The role emphasizes fast-paced problem solving, strong relationships, and accurate information. Successful candidates will have ERP experience (D365, SAP, Pronto) and a proactive, ownership-driven approach, with flexibility to work Friday

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proactive attitude, ownership, and results orientation.
Experience in customer service, admin, spare parts or internal sales.
Experience processing purchase and sales orders.
Familiar with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Pronto) and MS Office.
Understanding of logistics and procurement in mining/remote environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers, technicians and suppliers.
Be primary contact for spare parts enquiries, lead times, pricing and availability.
Process customer orders accurately and follow up on quotes and backorders.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement on availability, order status, freight and delivery docs.
Identify, quote, and process spare parts orders in the ERP system (MS D365).
Collaborate with the team to manage backorders and improve DIFOT performance.
