The role delivers proactive customer service, manages inquiries, quotations, and spare-parts orders, and partners with warehousing and procurement to ensure on-time supply.

The position operates a four-day week with a hybrid pattern (office Monday; remote Fri-Mon). You will liaise with technicians and suppliers, update backorders, and provide accurate lead times

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, spare parts or internal sales.
• Experience in processing purchase and sales orders.
• Excellent communication and organisation with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and spare parts orders.
• Provide accurate lead times, pricing, and availability for parts.
• Process orders accurately and follow up on quotes/backorders.
• Coordinate freight, shipping documents, and proof of delivery.
• Update backorders and monitor order status with warehouse teams.
