Job summary

Normet is seeking two Customer Support Coordinators (Spare Parts) in Sydney to serve as the vital link between customers and operations. You will manage enquiries, quotations, and sales orders for spare parts, ensuring accurate information and on-time supply in a fast-paced setting.

You will build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers, provide lead times, pricing, and availability, and coordinate with warehousing and procurement to confirm status and arrange freight.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in processing purchase and sales orders.
• Experience in customer service, administration, spare parts or internal sales.
• Competent in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
• Provide accurate lead times, pricing, and availability for spare parts.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently; follow up on quotes and backorders.
• Coordinate freight, shipping documents, and proof of delivery with warehousing.
• Identify, quote, and process spare parts orders in the ERP system (MS D365).
• Collaborate with the team to manage backorders and improve service levels.
