Job summary

Wickham Freight Lines Pty in Warwick, QLD is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our spares team in full-time capacity. You will provide frontline support, interpret and source parts, and manage stock with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts or parts advisory is required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.

• Experience with heavy vehicle, automotive, agricultural or industrial parts is valued.

Responsibilities

• Providing frontline support at the spare parts counter for workshop staff and drivers
• Interpreting and sourcing truck, trailer, and workshop parts
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock accuracy
• Receiving, checking, and binning incoming stock
• Investigating and rectifying stock discrepancies and damaged items
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry within inventory systems
• Assisting with continuous improvement of spare parts processes

Looking for a change from the dealership, workshop, transport, agricultural, or automotive industry?

At Wickham Freight Lines, we operate a large in-house workshop servicing our extensive fleet of trucks and trailers. Due to ongoing growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our highly regarded spares team in Warwick QLD in a full-time capacity.

What you will be doing:
