Wickham Freight Lines in Warwick, QLD is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy spares team. You will provide frontline support at the spare parts counter for workshop staff and drivers, interpret and source truck, trailer and workshop parts, and manage purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Frontline spare parts experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and computer literacy.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with heavy vehicle/industrial parts is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Providing frontline support at the spare parts counter for workshop staff and drivers.
• Interpreting and sourcing truck, trailer, and workshop parts.
• Raising and managing purchase orders.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Receiving, checking, and binning incoming stock.
• Investigating and rectifying stock discrepancies and damaged items.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry within inventory systems.
• Assisting with continuous improvement of spare parts processes.
