Jobwire is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Officer – Administration based in Erskine Park. You will join a small team, handling spare parts orders, pricing inquiries, ETAs and RMA requests with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Formación

• Previous spare parts administration or coordination experience.
• Experience within electronics/technical industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical parts diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a small team.
• Pleasant telephone manner and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process spare parts orders via email.
• Manage customer enquiries re parts pricing and availability.
• Provide ETAs for internal and external requests.
• Process Free of Charge (FOC) requests from approved sources.
• Handle manual Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) requests.
• Process customer credits after warehouse confirmation.
• Provide backup for incoming telephone enquiries.
• Assist with warranty claim approvals and processing.
• Liaise with internal departments, retailers and customers for timely service.
• Undertake general administrative duties as required.
