You will assist with picking, packing, dispatching online orders, receiving deliveries, updating product listings, and preparing supplier orders. The role combines practical warehouse work with computer tasks and customer service, with Monday–Friday hours and a friendly, learning-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay organized and methodical in a busy warehouse environment.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and inventory software.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and check stock against orders.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders.
• Update website product listings and supplier orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and organise shelves.
• Assist customers by phone, email and at the counter.
