Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking technicians to support full-scale production of the Leo satellites in Redmond, WA. You will assemble and test LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, and other high-reliability components, following strict work instructions and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in high-traceability manufacturing, experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a high traceability manufacturing environment or trade school certification.
• 1+ year using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• 1+ year working with test tools and methods that validate the system.
• Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test LRUs and aerospace assemblies with emphasis to detail.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory.
• Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables.
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance.
