Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Planner to develop planograms, optimise space, and enhance the customer shopping experience across our stores in Australia.

You will analyse sales and stock data, test and implement new layouts, and provide guidance to stores to ensure consistent execution and compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, deliver reports, and support continuous merchandising improvements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver planograms to support sales growth, maximise space utilisation, and enhance the customer shopping experience

• Communicate planogram updates and provide support and guidance to stores to ensure compliance and successful execution
• Prepare and deliver reports and insights to support merchandising and space planning initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support across the wider team
• Ensure work complies with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards
• Assist with additional projects and business initiatives as required
