Job summary

RACV Torquay is seeking an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to deliver premium remedial massage and spa services for members and guests. You will join a supportive leisure team focused on delivering memorable wellness experiences in a premium day spa environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage, bring strong remedial massage skills, and have experience in day spas or wellness settings. Weekend availability and high hygiene standards are essential.

• Strong remedial massage capability with adaptation to guest needs.
• Experience in a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment.

• Build rapport with members and guests, anticipating their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, spa facilities and presentation standards.
• Support reception activities and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture when required.

About you

• Qualified Spa Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage
• Strong remedial massage capability, with the ability to adapt treatments to individual guest needs.
• Previous experience in a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.
• Professional, well-presented and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.
• Flexible to work weekends and varying shifts across a 6 day operation
