Job summary

RACV Torquay invites a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our premium day spa team. Deliver restorative massage treatments and body therapies while upholding a welcoming guest experience and pristine hygiene and presentation in a busy six-day operation by Victoria’s famous surf coast.

You will build rapport with members and guests, adapt treatments to individual needs, and work with reception to ensure smooth guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Qualified Spa Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
• Experience in a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment.
• Ability to adapt treatments to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage treatments, body therapies and spa services.
• Create a welcoming, guest-focused experience that promotes relaxation and wellbeing.
• Build rapport with members and guests, tailoring recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, spa facilities and presentation standards.
• Support reception activities and contribute to a positive team culture.
