Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a friendly Spa Therapist to join our luxury Spa team. You will perform facial treatments, body therapies, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures in line with our luxuriant Spa philosophies and deliver exceptional guest service.

Maintain a pristine spa environment, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and personal presentation, and continuously develop skills with our exclusive product range to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end spa.
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy.
• Full valid working rights in Australia.
• Excellent communication and personal presentation.
• Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures in line with Park Hyatt Spa philosophies.
• Provide exceptional service at all times, responsible for the generation and retention of members and guests.
• Maintain the Spa environment to ensure the needs of our guests are met.
• Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our exclusive products.

The Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney, located on level 2, is an urban retreat and features five private treatment rooms, a relaxation room, steam room, rooftop heated pool, outdoor whirlpool and gymnasium. We are recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Spa Therapistto join the Spa team.

About the Role
