Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join their Spa team. The candidate will perform a range of services in line with the Spa's luxurious philosophies, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end spas, diplomas in Beauty and Massage Therapy, and be available to work on specified days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end spas.
• Must have full valid working rights in Australia.
• Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, and massages.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and members.
• Maintain the Spa environment to meet guest needs.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism in all treatments.
• Continue to develop new skills and refine treatment knowledge.

The Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney, located on level 2, is an urban retreat and features five private treatment rooms, a relaxation room, steam room, rooftop heated pool, outdoor whirlpool and gymnasium. We are recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Spa Therapistto join the Spa team.

About the Role

• Perform servicesincluding facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures in line withour luxuriantSpa philosophies
• To provide exceptionalservice at all times,responsible for the generation and retention of members and guests
• Maintain the Spa environment to ensure the needs of our guests are met
• Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
• Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our line of exclusive products

Qualifications

• Previous experience either in luxury hotels or high-end spa
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy
• Full valid working rights in Australia
• High level of communication and personal presentation
• Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
