Job summary

Calma on High Street in Armadale is seeking a Spa Supervisor + Team Trainer to lead our therapists and front-of-house team in a fast-paced setting. You will support learning, develop staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences across beauty, dermal and wellness services.

You will manage rostering, HR, training, and client relations while upholding five-star standards and collaborative culture. This is a close-knit role with growth opportunities in a vibrant wellness community.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, beauty or dermal therapy leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver training.
• Strong rostering, HR, and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations for clients and therapists.

Lead Calma's exceptional team of wellness-focused spa, skin & massage therapists.

Calma is recruiting for a Spa Supervisor + Team Trainer to lead and support our exceptional team of therapists in a fast-paced front-of-house role.

The spa supervisor role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to share their industry knowledge & experience and support our therapists to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, learning and development plus a successful working history as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist.

What your week will look like:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the day for all customers, therapists & wellness practitioners
• Loving working with a team + supporting them to shine!
• Managing rostering and HR
• Implementing team meetings, training + development
• Co-ordinating all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability
• Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
• Engaging the team to create social media content
• Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile
• Pro-actively improving and growing the business in conjunction with the leadership team
• Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passion
• Working confidently + independently with a growth mindset
• Excelling at admin + systems, including word, excel + CRMs
• Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
• Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies
• Managing stocktakes, stock movement and reporting
• Most importantly… creating a happy and collaborative work environment for all

Hours:
