The Scalp Spa Braddon is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead a boutique wellness team and deliver a luxury client experience across our Braddon locations. You will work under the Spa manager while assisting with day-to-day operations and hands-on treatments.

You’ll recruit and mentor staff, manage rosters, respond to client feedback, and collaborate with the owner to elevate brand standards and drive growth. This is a calm, empowering leadership role in a serene Braddon setting.
