Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech/software.
• Proven ability to run integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
• Strong event management and partner marketing experience.
• Experience with channel ecosystems and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Translate market sales strategies into South Pacific marketing plans.
• Set market targets for global KPIs.
• Lead channel and partner marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with global teams on demand generation initiatives.
• Plan events and tradeshows in APAC and coordinate follow-up.
• Develop local case studies and references with partners.
• Plan co-marketing with technology partners and manage budgets.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for growth.
