Job summary

Milestone Systems in Melbourne is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager, South Pacific, to drive demand generation, partner engagement, brand awareness, and market growth across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work with regional sales leaders, channel partners, technology partners, and global marketing teams to create and execute impactful programs that generate pipeline and elevate the Milestone brand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, software, IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-driven industries.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong event management, partner marketing, and demand generation experience.
• Experience working with channel ecosystems, distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Translate market strategies into effectful marketing plans and initiatives for South Pacific.
• Deliver channel marketing initiatives and support global campaigns locally.
• Lead global campaigns rollout and optimize performance in South Pacific.
• Develop localized digital demand generation initiatives with Global Demand Generation.
• Plan and execute events/tradeshows (online and offline) in APAC in coordination with regional teams.
• Develop local references and case studies and drive publication with partners.
• Collaborate with technology partners to create co-marketing activities.
• Guide earned and owned media, posts for social media, and PR in South Pacific.
