We’re partnering with a leading technology business to find a commercially minded Marketing Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape regional marketing strategy while staying close to execution. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with Sales, Product, Client Services and broader marketing teams to build brand awareness, engagement and demand across the region.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver integrated marketing plans across Australia and New Zealand, with growing responsibility across the wider Asia-Pacific region.
- Translate business priorities, customer insights and product capabilities into targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand.
- Lead, coach and collaborate with a small regional marketing team.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Client Services to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Deliver digital marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn, websites and email, as well as emerging AI-enabled tools.
- Develop and deliver a regional events and engagement program, including industry events, customer events, seminars and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage content including newsletters, thought leadership, case studies, communications and other customer-facing materials.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, pipeline contribution and ROI, using data to continually improve marketing activity.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets and timelines while maintaining consistent brand and messaging.
- Work with regional and global teams to ensure local marketing priorities align with broader business objectives.

What you’ll bring
- 7+ years’ experience developing and delivering marketing strategies, ideally within a technology environment.
- Strong experience managing marketing programs from strategy through to execution.
- A commercial, data-driven approach with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns, events and communications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure KPIs, interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and concepts.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Product and other business functions.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Strong attention to detail, including editing and proofreading.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
Desirable experience
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing marketing team members.
- Background in technology, SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience working within a complex technology environment.
- Experience across content marketing, brand, PR, social media or customer advocacy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, web analytics and social media.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CMS or project management platforms.
- Agency and vendor management experience.
- Experience managing website content and digital channels.
- Public speaking, events or stakeholder engagement experience.
