Job summary

Ghanda Clothing seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Sorrento, VIC. You will coach a team of up to 15 and uphold Ghanda standards of service, presentation and performance.

As Store Manager, you’ll drive rosters, sales reporting, stock control and compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion retail setting. Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience leading teams.
• Customer-first mindset with retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail or hospitality with a strong service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 15 staff.
• Drive Ghanda values and brand presentation in-store.
• Maintain stock levels and liaise with stock allocator to optimise floor space.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and compliance.
• Support daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
