Ghanda Clothing in Barwon Terrace, VIC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 15, drive Ghanda values, and ensure store presentation aligns with our visual merchandising guidelines.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, customer-first service, and active involvement in stock planning, roster management and team development across a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience leading a team
• Customer-first approach with strong retail fundamentals
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 15 team members
• Drive Ghanda values with the store team
• Maintain high store presentation in line with guidelines
• Liaise with stock allocator and manage stock levels
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and compliance
