Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members.
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Liaising with the Stock Allocator and maintaining stock levels to maximise floor space.
• Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store compliance.
