Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Northland (Preston) store, VIC. You will lead and coach a team, drive Ghanda values, and ensure standout store presentation.

You will also work with the stock allocator to maintain stock levels and maximise floor space, while managing rosters and sales reporting. The role offers a 38-hour week, bonuses and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your family, plus ongoing training and clear career progression within Ghanda’s growing

Competenze

• Experience leading and coaching a team of up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer-first mindset and retail fundamentals.
• Retail or hospitality background encouraged.

Mansioni

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
• Driving Ghanda values with the store team.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Liaising with the Stock Allocator and managing stock levels to maximise floor space.
