Ghanda Clothing seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Sorrento, VIC. You will coach a team of up to 15 and uphold Ghanda standards of service, presentation and performance.

As Store Manager, you’ll drive rosters, sales reporting, stock control and compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion retail setting. A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
