Ghanda Clothing in Tamworth, NSW is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 20, uphold Ghanda’s standards in visual merchandising and customer service, and work closely with stock and store operations.

This role offers a 38-hour week with overtime penalties if needed, clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your family.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and sales mindset.
• Ability to coach a team and manage store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of up to 20.
• Drive Ghanda values with store team.
• Maintain store presentation per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Stock Allocator to manage stock levels.
• Prepare rosters, sales reports and ensure compliance.
