Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Sorrento, VIC store. You will lead a team of up to 15, drive Ghanda values, and ensure optimal store presentation and stock levels. You will also manage rosters, sales reports and compliance to maximise performance.

• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to empower a team.
• Strong customer-first mindset and retail fundamentals.
• Retail or hospitality background encouraged; right attitude over experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 15 team members
• Drive Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintain store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
