You will curate Italian, French and Australian wines, train sommeliers, collaborate with chefs, and host wine dinners, delivering exceptional guest service.

Competenze

• We require expertise in wine and food pairing with focus on Italian, French and Australian wines.
• Strong understanding of cost management and COGS related to wine programs.
• Fluent spoken English and excellent guest service skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar senior sommelier role or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain wine inventory with precision and care.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director on sales mix and wine education.
• Curate and update wine list with chefs for menus and events.
• Oversee wine service to meet the highest standards.
• Train and mentor Sommeliers and Wine Waiters.
• Organise wine dinners and events and assist guests with pairings.
