Job summary

InfoSum Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the APAC region to blend technical know-how with a customer-first mindset. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success, run technical discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and design scalable solutions leveraging the InfoSum platform to address data collaboration needs.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product and Support to resolve challenges and drive successful implementations, contributing to repeatable

Qualifications

• Foundational Python and SQL skills, with an understanding of APIs, data pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, Technical Support Engineer or technical consulting role.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and WPP teams to understand customer requirements and design practical technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops and proofs of concept.
• Develop solution designs, architecture diagrams and clear technical documentation.
• Support data onboarding, integrations, transformations and activation workflows.
• Help customers move from implementation to productive, repeatable use of the platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support to resolve technical challenges and capture customer feedback.
