Job summary

Sumo Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical resource for our ANZ Accounts team. You will demonstrate security and observability use cases through POVs, product demos, and technical evaluations, translating customer requirements into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to share knowledge and continuously improve customer success while guiding customers through the sales cycle with credibility and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or related client-facing role.
• Hands-on knowledge of security products and sources (IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.).
• Experience with open source collections and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to translate customer challenges into Sumo Logic value.
• Close complex opportunities through technical credibility and knowledge.
• Lead technical validations during Proof of Value phases.
• Engage with executives to developers across organizations.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of the Sumo Logic service.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve the service.
