Job summary

Sumo Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for our ANZ Accounts team.

You will share product and security/observability expertise through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations to meet customer requirements. You will work with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, guiding customers through the sales cycle and delivering continuous value.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in Solutions/Sales engineering roles or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and articulate value proposition.
• Technically close opportunities through advanced knowledge and credibility.
• Lead technical validations during Proof of Value phases.
• Engage with executives down to developers and SREs to deliver demos.
