Job summary

Sumo Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical resource for our ANZ Accounts team.

You will share your product and technical expertise across security and observability use cases, through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations (Proof Of Values). As the technical expert, you will work with clients to understand requirements and pain points, design solutions, lead technical validations, and guide customers through POVs, collaborating with

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Engineering; MS preferred.
• 4+ years as Solutions Engineer / related roles.
• Security product knowledge in areas like IDS/IPS, SIEM, threat detection.
• Experience with SaaS multi-tenant architectures.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives/Managers to understand challenges and articulate value propositions.
• Technically close complex opportunities through credibility and knowledge.
• Lead technical validations during Proof of Value phases.
• Engage with executives to developers and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of the service.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve the service.
