Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead Amazon Connect and AWS serverless implementations for CX-focused cloud solutions in Australia. You will design, develop, and support Amazon Connect-based experiences and build backend services to integrate CCaaS with core systems.

You will manage serverless AWS architectures (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway) and contribute to deployment standards, documentation, and testing practices. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS serverless architectures.
• Experience integrating cloud systems with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud deployment processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud or CX solutions engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical lead for CX and cloud-native solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
