Job summary

ezyCollect by Sidetrade in Sydney is seeking a Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist to bridge Sales and Delivery, owning implementation from scoping to training. You will demo integrations with ERP systems and tailor solutions for each client.

You'll collaborate with Account Executives globally and with CS and Product teams to deliver outcomes. Strong ERP knowledge and ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ERP and accounting software knowledge.
• Experience managing cross-team projects end-to-end.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Background in accounts receivable automation or financial software welcome.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Own end-to-end implementation with CS and Product teams.
• Build and run test plans to ensure delivery works before go-live.
• Prepare and run client training sessions.
• Provide feedback to Product and CS to improve offerings.
