Job summary

• Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, evaluate pricing strategies and sales processes, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance, operational efficiency and expand the business.
• Manage and grow customer and partner relationships for assigned partner/vendor, working with the whole vendor team.
• Be the point-of-contact for Vendor Sales and other sales teams as an internal business partner.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding sales support and customer service to customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound telephone contact and other electronic means.
