Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead enterprise delivery in the Australia and New Zealand region from a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne setup. You will own project success across designated enterprise accounts, guiding agile delivery and coordinating with SI partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with account teams and architects, translating technical challenges into business outcomes and ensuring a smooth pre-sales to adoption lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Consulting.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.
• Strong technical background in web/mobile app architecture, cloud, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative, no-ego approach.
• Analytical with proactive risk management in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/BIS or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Australia (and NZ occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of OutSystems projects across ANZ, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders from PMs to C-level executives and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate with System Integrators and partners; provide architectural guidance for scalable solutions.
• Identify risks and blockers; develop mitigation plans and manage escalations effectively.
• Champion Agile and modern SDLC practices to accelerate platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects and Customer Success for seamless journey.
