Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead enterprise delivery in the Australia and New Zealand region from a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne setup. You will own project success across designated enterprise accounts, guiding agile delivery and coordinating with SI partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with account teams and architects, translating technical challenges into business outcomes and ensuring a smooth pre-sales to adoption lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Consulting.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.
• Strong technical background in web/mobile app architecture, cloud, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative, no-ego approach.
• Analytical with proactive risk management in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/BIS or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Australia (and NZ occasionally).

As our footprint in the ANZ region continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking a highly capable and strategic Solution Delivery Manager to join our local team.

Position Overview

• Role Title: Solution Delivery Manager
• Location: Sydney OR Melbourne (Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent
• Language Requirements: Business‑level fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the successful delivery of OutSystems projects within a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts across ANZ. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Cultivate deep, trust‑based relationships with key customer stakeholders (ranging from Project Managers to C‑level executives) and set clear, realistic expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with our network of System Integrators (SIs) and delivery partners. Provide architectural oversight, guidance, and best practices to ensure partners deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Proactively identify project risks, technical roadblocks, and resource constraints. Develop robust mitigation strategies and manage escalations gracefully and effectively.
• Champion Agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices. Guide customers on how to optimise their internal processes to maximise the speed and agility of the OutSystems platform.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey from pre‑sales through implementation and into long‑term adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software implementations.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• A strong technical background with an understanding of modern web/mobile application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to translate complex technical challenges into business impacts for executive leadership, while maintaining a collaborative, "no‑ego" approach typical of the Australian business culture.
• Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and risk management in high‑pressure environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Australia (and occasionally New Zealand) for key client engagements and project kick‑offs as needed.
