ReadyTech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase ERP implementations in Sydney. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive governance, manage resources, and partner with the Portfolio Delivery Manager to ensure successful outcomes.

You will mentor Project Managers and consultants, maintain reporting discipline, and balance scope, timelines and budget while delivering customer value and achieving 80% billable utilisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and delivering complex, multi-phase ERP software implementation projects.
• Ability to manage projects to scope, budget and on time.
• Experience mentoring and developing teams to achieve high performance.
• Experience in financial and risk management within project delivery.
• PMI, Prince2, PMBOK or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of multi-phase ERP implementations to successful outcomes.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Consultants.
• Drive governance meetings, with structured reporting and clear visibility into status.
• Forecast and allocate project resources with Portfolio Delivery Manager.
• Monitor performance and proactively address delivery risks.
• Ensure reporting consistency and governance adherence.
• Escalate project risks and drive decisions.
• Be commercially minded by managing scope, timeline and budget.
• Deliver customer value while achieving 80% billable utilisation.
