Think Renewable is hiring sociable and driven people to join our Sydney sales team. No prior sales experience is required because we provide full, structured training from day one.

You’ll learn to talk to homeowners about solar and battery solutions and book consultations for senior consultants as you build a real career in a rapidly growing field. You’ll cover Sydney, work to daily targets with a team that celebrates success, and own your territory from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Getting out across Sydney and chatting to homeowners about solar and battery

Finding genuine interest and booking consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm

Uncapped commission on top of your base

$70,000 to $95,000 OTE, with top Sydney performers well beyond that
