Job summary

JPC Electrical & Solar in Adelaide is expanding its direct sales division and seeks an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to follow up leads and close deals.

This is not an entry-level role; applicants must have solar sales experience and demonstrate strong closing results. You will work with qualified leads, receive a base salary plus super, uncapped commission, and realistic OTE up to $200,000, with in-house support and installation crews.

JPC Electrical & Solar is a locally owned Adelaide solar and battery company with experienced in-house installation teams. We are expanding our direct sales division and need an experienced Solar Sales Consultant with a proven ability to follow up leads and close deals.

About the role

• Prepare and confidently present quotations
• Follow up every opportunity and close sales
• Maintain accurate records and opportunities in our CRM
• Provide honest advice and an excellent customer experience

Essential requirements

• Previous solar and battery sales experience
• Proven ability to convert supplied leads into sales
• Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems
• Confident objection handling, negotiation and closing skills
• A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer follow-up
• Self-motivated, organised and accountable
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
