Recruit Shop is seeking a high-performing sales professional in Adelaide, South Australia, to drive solar and battery solutions for customers transitioning to renewable energy.

You will conduct consultations, convert warm leads, and present tailored solar proposals. A strong focus on communication, negotiation, and independent time management will help you reach ambitious earnings through a commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conducting consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions.
• Converting warm, quality leads into sales via phone consultations, in-home visits, and calls.
• Educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage.
• Preparing and presenting detailed solar system proposals.
• Working independently to achieve sales targets and maximise your earnings.
