Job summary

Amicas Consulting Australia in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Field Sales Consultant for solar and battery solutions. You will meet customers in their homes, assess energy needs, and propose suitable solar and storage options, guided by warm inbound leads.

This consultative, long-term role offers a base salary plus super and uncapped commission with realistic OTE around $150k+, and company-provided vehicle; you will manage your diary and nurture opportunities to close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar, battery, renewable energy or home improvement sales.
• Experience in a home consultation sales role.
• Confidence meeting customers in their homes.
• Naturally personable and able to build trust quickly.
• Honest, professional and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your diary and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified inbound leads.
• Conduct in-home customer consultations.
• Review electricity usage, bills and property requirements.
• Understand customer goals and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present solar, battery and related energy options.
• Manage the customer journey from first contact to signed agreement.
• Follow up and nurture opportunities through to conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with operations.
