Qualifications

• Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven attitude and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions.
• Converting warm, quality leads into sales via phone consultations, in-home visits, and calls.
• Educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage.
• Preparing and presenting detailed solar system proposals.
• Working independently to achieve sales targets and maximise earnings.
