Job summary

Nexa Solar Australia is seeking a highly organised, proactive Operations Coordinator on the Gold Coast to join our growing team. You will manage solar and battery jobs from post-sale through to installation and completion, coordinating with sales, installers, suppliers and customers to keep projects moving smoothly.

The role requires understanding of end-to-end residential solar processes, grid applications, STCs and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar industry and end-to-end residential solar processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud tools.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage solar and battery jobs from post-sale through to installation and completion.
• Submit and monitor grid connection applications.
• Prepare and process STC and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installers.
• Liaise with suppliers on orders, stock and deliveries.
• Ensure timely documentation for STC processing and finance payments.
