Job summary

First Class Energy Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of the NSW business. You will work closely with sales, administration, installation and management teams to deliver efficient energy solutions.

You will coordinate installations across Solar, Batteries, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps, manage schedules, staff and subcontractors, and continuously improve systems and workflows as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, installation coordination or project management.
• Experience in Solar, Batteries, Air Conditioning or HVAC trades.
• Experience managing multiple installations or projects.
• Strong scheduling and trades coordination skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution.
• Strong communication with customers, installers, sales, and management.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operational workflow from sale through to installation and job completion
• Coordinating installation schedules across Solar, Batteries, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps
• Managing internal administration and operations staff
• Coordinating installers, subcontractors, electricians and other trades
• Ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and installations are completed within expected timeframes
• Monitoring job pipelines and identifying delays or bottlenecks before they become problems
• Ensuring documentation and job requirements are completed correctly prior to installation
• Managing escalated customer issues and finding practical, fast solutions
• Monitoring installer performance, job quality and customer experience
• Developing and improving systems, procedures and workflows as the company grows
