Job summary

AGL Energy is seeking an Operations Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract in Melbourne. You will own the end-to-end delivery of Solar and Battery installations, coordinating installer partners, site inspections, and invoicing to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service and internal teams to maintain SLAs, optimise outcomes, and provide regular operational reporting on performance, timelines, and deployment progress.

• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Delivered projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Solar and Battery installations, from sale to invoicing.
• Manage and strengthen partner relationships, driving performance against SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimise customer outcomes.
• Deliver clear, actionable operational reporting on performance and progress.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
