Sungrow in Sydney seeks a Technical Service Intern to gain hands-on experience with solar and battery energy storage systems. You will support customers, installers and partners with technical enquiries, troubleshooting, system configuration, and remote commissioning alongside our engineering team.

The internship emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and learning the latest solar technologies and regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.
• Guide users through fault diagnosis and resolution procedures.
• Review solar and battery system designs to ensure compatibility with Sungrow products.
• Assist with remote commissioning and configuration of installed systems.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and escalate recurring product issues to relevant teams.
• Identify trends in technical issues and suggest improvements to products or support processes.
