Job summary

Fuse Recruitment in Australia seeks a driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to grow a solar & battery energy storage rental business across construction, mining and large-scale developments. You will own a defined patch on the East Coast, build your pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to quote, close and account management.

You will operate in a hunter role with strong support from a lean, high-performing team and leadership for commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and build a strong pipeline across major projects nationally (East Coast focus)
• Engage directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and major developers
• Conduct site visits to assess temporary power needs and identify solar & battery opportunities
• Prepare and present fast-turnaround quotes and proposals with engineering support available
• Win contracts and manage deployment and account relationships through the rental period
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting records in CRM
• Collaborate with sales support and fellow BDMs with access to leadership for commercial decisions
