Our client is looking for a Software Trainer who can make technology clear, practical and useful. You'll work directly with customers across APAC, helping them implement a business software solution, prepare for go-live and use it effectively in their day-to-day operations.
The role blends training, consulting and project coordination. You'll work with people at different levels of technical confidence, understand how their business operates and adapt your guidance to what they need.
You’ll help customers move from implementation to confident, independent use of the system. That means coordinating onboarding activities, planning for go-live and delivering training online or onsite.
You’ll also lead demonstrations and workshops, review customer processes and suggest ways to make better use of the software. To support learning beyond each training session, you’ll create clear resources such as user guides, tutorials, videos, release notes and upgrade materials.
As you build relationships with customers, you’ll stay connected after implementation and share your knowledge with internal support and implementation teams. You’ll also keep up with product releases and changing customer needs.
A background in software support or account management would also be relevant. A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, marketing, IT or a related discipline would be an advantage.
Customers feel prepared and supported. Implementations reach go-live as planned. Training is clear enough to reduce the need for retraining, and customers can use the system confidently after launch.
