Epiroc Perth invites a Software Developer – RCS Applications to join the team combining field operations with global R&D. You will analyse field performance, resolve issues, and implement software improvements to boost system reliability and product quality.

The role collaborates with site teams, customers, and global engineering to accelerate innovation, support deployments, and embed automation expertise within the regional organization. Hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Experience in automation systems; strong problem-solving skills (essential).
• Experience with RCS, autonomous mining systems, and industrial integration (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and align with site and regulatory requirements.
